The Grand Hotel Villa Itria Congress & Spa provided an excellent working environment with spacious rooms that facilitated my productivity. The staff was attentive and efficiently assisted in setting up the meeting room, which enhanced my overall work experience. The wellness amenities, including the well-equipped gym and relaxing spa, offered a perfect balance of work and relaxation during my stay.

Amid a stunning setting, I spent 5 nights in a spacious suite with reliable WiFi and air conditioning. The breakfast spread was plentiful, with fresh fruit and pastries each morning. Yet, the restaurant service was slow, and I felt the facilities needed more maintenance. Still, a lovely stay overall!

The spa was fantastic, and I loved the open-air pool. The gym was well-equipped. Plus, the vast parking space was super convenient. Highly recommend the cocktails, especially the salmon dishes—they were to die for!

The breakfast offered a nice variety but could improve on replenishment speed during peak hours. Unfortunately, the indoor pool wasn't included in our stay, which was disappointing for our kids. The fitness area had limited equipment and hours. Additionally, the air conditioning in the room struggled to keep the temperature comfortable, making it difficult to sleep soundly. Overall, our family found some enjoyment in our time here, but several aspects felt lacking for a hotel of this caliber.

We had a lovely time during our 4-night stay in a Junior Suite, enjoying the outdoor pool and a relaxing massage at the spa. The facilities were great for unwinding, with the sauna and steam room being standouts. Just a heads up, the restaurant’s dessert options were limited, but overall, it was a fantastic experience! 😊

Suitable for family fun

The bar staff were super nice , especially Andrea who made us amazing smoothies at the pool. The breakfast buffet was quite extensive, tons of fruit and pastries to choose from, like a feast for the morning.

It wasn't exactly a bargain but for what you get, it’s still acceptable.

I loved that the hotel was just a few steps from the beautiful Chiesa di Santa Caterina and almost 2 km from the peaceful Parco Delle Fate, making our city walks even more enjoyable and convenient. plus, as a family with children, the spacious junior suite we stayed in was a perfect fit for all of us.
